Patch 4.3 – New Pets for Your Collection
With the arrival of the Darkmoon Faire on the next upcoming Patch 4.3, they have come up with 6 new companion pets that you can add to your collection and a few others outside the Faire like the Sea Pony.
These new companion pets are redeemable with 90x Darkmoon Faire Prize Ticket each.

While some pets might be considered “new”, most of them are makeovers from past models that we have had. Stretched, shrunk or different color, they all have similarities to our current pets. It’s not at a bad idea to add more to the collection since we are getting the new Pet Battle System, but I would rather have some new looking pets than the same old skeleton with a different skin.
Maybe some of you out there would have an idea of how new companion pets could look. Have any ideas for a new pet?

Two things I would like to note. Over half of these are as close to new as you can get. The Zeppelin and the Tonk are new as Companions as their models have previously been on use. The Monkey has only been available from the TCG in the past, so more players can get it now and the Turtle is a holiday reward and one of four choices.
The other thing I would like to point out, in game the monkey wears a FEZ! Fezzes are cool.
Im a bit ho-hum on the DMF pets as well. Though, the tank might be fun to use.

The seahorse in a bubble is awesome.
